The formation of the National Institute for Clinical Excellence has had in many respects a positive impact for people with arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions. A number of life altering drugs have been approved. However we continue to see patchy implementation of their guidelines to the detriment of many. ARMA is working with its member organisations and other organisations
in the health community for more rigorous implementation of the
guidelines across the country. |
